Successful Transformation: Is there such a thing?

I’ve seen it used to describe everything from a new IT system, to a simple cost cutting exercise, right through to a complete change in strategic direction and organizational structure.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>However it’s defined, and whatever you want to call it, the unfortunate truth is that your transformation is <em>unlikely to succeed</em>.
