STUDIES: Prevent and Manage Chronic Low Back Pain Successfully

<p>Nearly everyone will experience lower back pain at some point. Proper management of acute episodes can prevent the onset of chronic pain. Proper management means following the guidelines, yet the research says practitioners in the US often use standalone steroids, surgical referrals, and opioid medications in non-concordant care.
