Strong Opinions on the CrossFit Open Competition

<p>It's CrossFit Open Competition season 2023! Workouts 23.1, 23.2 and 23.3. The precursor to Regionals and then the CrossFit Games. What are our thoughts on the remote workouts with a global leaderboard to submit your scores? Do we have any strategies? Will we scale?</p>
