Dr. Red Hawk is an award-winning residential remodeler and experienced real estate investor with dozens of projects completed. She is a true “utility player” with a broad skill set in the investment space utilizing multiple strategies including BRRRR, Fix-and-Flip, Value Add/Forced Appreciation and Wholesaling to great success. Today Dr. Red Hawk is a full-time real estate investor and business owner, living with her wife and kids in the Pacific Northwest. She swims a mile a day, enjoys riding motorcycles, painting, sailing, teaching investing/wealth building and great BBQ. Every February she is heard to say, ”…maybe this is the year I buy a sailboat…”. Palak Shah is the founder and owner of Open Spaces Capital that generates over $1M in revenue. An Engineer by trade, after the birth of her two kids she decided to make the move to entrepreneurship to be able to spend more time with her children. She brought her knowledge and 17 years of experience in building systems, processes and scaling from her corporate career in engineering leadership to fast track her real estate investing journey. In her first two years investing full-time, she purchased, renovated, rented, and refinanced properties creat
