Straight Up Missing: Evelyn Joyce McDowell

<p>Evelyn Joyce McDowell, who went by Joyce, was 22 years old when she was last heard from on November 14, 1983. She called her sister and said she was at a bar in Napa, California, and someone was “trying to get her.” The line went dead, and Joyce has never been seen again.</p> <p>Evelyn Joyce McDowell would be 59 years old at the time of this recording. She is described as a white female, 5’5”, 115 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a light-colored shirt, blue jeans, dark-colored oxford shoes and possibly a blue jacket.
