Straight Up Doe: Sugarloaf Township Jane Doe

<p>On December 20, 1994, a female’s fully skeletonized remains were found in Sugarloaf Township, Pennsylvania during a mine reclamation project. The surveyor of the project noticed something on a steep embankment overlooking a water filled strip mine. He found a pelvic bone.
