<p>Stop allowing people to unload on you for problems they created in their life. That&#39;s not your cross to bear. Sure, it&#39;s great to support them but sometimes if you really listen they&#39;re the culprit behind the problem and until they take accountability nothing is going to change. And if you help them realize that and they STILL don&#39;t plan on taking accountability because they&#39;d rather complain, don&#39;t feel obligated to be their earpiece.
