Make sure you stick around to the end of this to for the full solution, doing parts of it will not work.</p> <p><br></p> <p>First of all, understand why being needy drives everything you want away from you:</p> <p>It subconsciously communicates that you are unworthy of what you want.</p> <p>You start living a self fulfilling prophecy of acting as if you won’t get it.</p> <p>It puts what you ‘need’ on an unreachable pedestal and weakens your self-image further, which makes you more needy.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Here’s how to fix it!</p> <p>A) Visualize the Ideal Outcome:Relax and let go by imagining what it’ll be like when you get what you want.</p> <p><br></p> <p>B) Act As If You Already Got It:How would you behave if you already had it? Try that feeling on for size.</p> <p><br></p> <p>C) Release All Expectations:If you can simply let go of depending on the outcome for your happiness, you can focus on the actual process of making it more likely to get what you want.</p> <p><br></p> <p>D) Flip the Script:When you’re trapped in the need of something, your mind is too busy to actually help you get it.</p> <p>If you flip this around and focus on what the other person/people might want or need, you are able to shift into a position of power!</p> <p><br></p>
