Stop and Take a Breath

Many persons live their lives as if they are running out of time. There is so much to do. However, although we need to take our responsibilities seriously we need to stop and take a breath. We must rest a while..not because our work is done but because God commanded it. True rest however, comes from spending time with God,recognizing His presence and trusting His word.
