Stocks Close Higher, Dollar Lower.

<p>At The close today we see stocks finish higher, although just barely, bonds were lower.</p> <p>A very interesting day, as the Federal Reserve rolled out the big guns to address the financial community. Five Fed speeches today, including Fed Chair Powell, and Vice Chair Clarida.</p> <p> </p>
