Stock Higher, Market Comment: Where‘s Evergrande Been?

<p>Stocks roared out of the starting gate this morning. As it was confirmed by Majority Leader Chuck Schummer that the Senate had indeed reached a debt ceiling agreement. Add another $480 billion dollars to our debt, until we can figure things out in December.</p> <p> </p>
