State roads in need of additional investment

Feb. 15, 2022 - Gov. Kathy Hochul may be proposing record levels of funding to maintain our state's roads and bridges, but Associated General Contractors of New York State President & CEO Mike Elmendorf contends the governor's plan falls short of what our transportation system really needs.
