State of California Announces Partial Closure of CCI in Tehachapi

<p>On Dec 6, the California Department Corrections & Rehabilitation (CDCR) announced the full closing of the California City Correctional Facility and the partial closing of Tehachapi's California Correctional Institute (CCI).
