Starting young with house hacking and moving to multifamily with Ethan Montang

<p>In this episode we interview Ethan Montang who came out of university not knowing what to do for a living. He started by house hacking, than focused on flipping family homes than moved to multifamily properties. He moved quickly from property to property as he was getting owner occupant loans to finance these deals. Scaling has been a major success and Ethan now owns 45 rentals.
