Standards and Goals

<p>Ep #152 - Your standards drive you toward the completion of your goals. Are your standards high enough for you to accomplish the things you want to in your life? Are your goals to low for your standards so you are causing past them with minimal effort?</p> <p>Your level of growth mindset versus any remnants of a fixed mindset you accumulated throughout your life will be very present here. If you hit your goals easily, perhaps you are ready to set higher and harder goals to reach. Are your goals attainable yet you are falling just shy of them - it might be time to check in with your standards.
