<p>Spring cleaning isn’t just something that you do for your home. It’s also something that you can do for your mindset.</p><p><br/></p><p>(And guess what — you don’t have to wait for spring in order to get started.)</p><p><br/></p><p>Mindset work is ALWAYS ongoing. It isn’t a “set it and forget it” type of deal. If you want to continue to grow, evolve, and improve, it’s important to consciously return to this internal work (even if it’s just for a quick finetuning!). Throughout the year, you may find that you feel more or less in flow and in alignment at certain times. Often, these are tied to the seasons — you may find yourself feeling a little less aligned during the winter, and more rejuvenated and ready to move forward as the spring thaw approaches.
