Spring Cleaning 101: Your Home, Schedule and Mental Clutter

<p>With spring just around the corner, we thought we’d start getting excited about spring cleaning! There’s nothing like those first nice warm days where you get to open the windows and start clearing out the weight of winter. </p><p>Allison and Ceara share tips about cleaning out physical spaces such as your closet, car and home. We also took the conversation beyond deep cleaning to include digital spaces (camera roll, email inbox, social media) and things that may be causing mental clutter (overthinking, work stress, bad friendships, too much time on social media, busy schedules, etc). </p><p>Sometimes life can get moving so fast that we end up accumulating responsibilities, subscriptions and unnecessary items.
