Sporting Lagos boss elated with quality of new players

<p>Sporting Lagos head coach, Paul Offor is happy with the quality of new players signed by the club.</p>, <p>Sporting Lagos will be making their maiden appearance in the NPFL this season.</p>, <p>The newly promoted NPFL side have in their ranks for the new season, former NPFL top scorer, Junior Lokosa, Ekene Olisema and Sudanese-born midfielder, Joseph Loro, among others.</p>, <p>Offor said players’ recruitment was based on quality.</p>, <p>“We have made sure to keep our key players and brought in quality players with character.</p>, <p>“We are building a team in the image of the owner,” he told the media.</p>, <p>Sporting Lagos will host Gombe United in their matchday one tie at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos on September 16.</p>
