Spite Houses

<p>A <strong>spite house</strong> is a <a title= "Building" href= "https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Building">building</a> <a title="Construction" href= "https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Construction">constructed</a> or <a title="Renovation" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Renovation">substantially modified</a> to <a title="Irritability" href= "https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Irritability">irritate</a> neighbors or any party with <a title="Estate in land" href= "https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Estate_in_land">land stakes</a>.
