Spin the Yarn - STAND BY. I received a message from a leader that had one of her junior leaders relay that a junior Sailor just wasn’t worth it. That despite her requests and challenges to accept and build trust with this Sailor, that he wouldn’t. That he just couldn’t care about them. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I got fired up, but it was more than warranted. This attitude is not okay and leads to alienation and sometimes loss of that Sailor. That HUMAN. Never, EVER okay to quit on our charges. NEVER.
