<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Hey Elevaters!  I’m starting the series that I teased about getting an advanced degree while working full time!  This is a HUGE undertaking if you aren’t fully prepared so I wanted to bring in some buddies of mine who have gone down this road and now can call themselves Doctor.  </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This week’s guest is Dr. James Smith, EdD., from University of California at Riverside.  He is the Associate Director of Residential Life within the Division of University Housing.  I’ve known James for about...wow….twelve years!
