Special Guest: Louis Chaix

<p>On this episode, we host France native, Missouri State hockey player, and Dan's client, Louis Chaix. Louis shares his narrative from almost dying at the age of 6, to moving out of France at the young age of 11 by himself, to exploring hockey and training in America. The French Pressed crew were amazed with how fast Louis had to mature and endure at such an early time in his life. The experiences he shares really developed the strong mindset he still holds today. Now, as a student of Exercise Science, Louis has been able to capitalize on his training and nutrition. Learning<em>WHY </em>the body adapts the way it does has allowed him to develop an appreciation for the small healthy habits that keep him a competitive hockey player.
