<p>It was an  honor to take a Judō class under Coach Patrick Psenak at SouthTown Judō club. We Talked about Judo and the benefits of the Art. Judō was created in 1882 under Kano Jigoro . Judō is all over the world and in the Olympics / MMA , Judō is also an other form of self defense .
