At least 9 people were injured when hundreds of protesters clashed with the bodyguards of South Sudan's Jonglei State governor in Bor town Wednesday; A Somali-owned fuel depot in Juba exploded last evening burning down the depot and destroying several trucks. No fatalities were reported; Truck drivers from Kenya and Uganda protest South Sudan's recent decision to impose an annual fee of 100 US dollars and a 30 dollar entry and exit fee on all vehicles entering the country
