South Sudan in Focus: The South Sudan government says it has recalled and suspended its diplomat, Charles Dickens Imene Oliha, who was involved in the alleged rape case in New York. Mr. Oliha has arrived in Juba; The newly appointed U.S. ambassador to Sudan is in Khartoum to officially take up his post in the latest easing of ties since Washington removed Khartoum from its state sponsors of terrorism list; The UN is calling on the government of South Sudan to address insecurity in the new roadmap which extends the transitional period by another two years.
