Description

Description

Podcast Rodeo Show: Reviews and First Impressions of Your Podcast A podcast about the modern-day “cults” we all follow. Hosts Isa Medina and Amanda Montell ask the culty questions we’re all wondering… Do you think SoulCycle is a cult? What about Elon Musk stans? Or the Royal Family? What about spiritual influencers? Is Instagram itself a cult? We’re Sounds Like A Cult, a podcast that analyzes a different zeitgeisty group every week to try and answer the big question: This group sounds like a cult, but is it really? And if so, how bad is it?

What I Liked About This Episode

The intro using listener voices was different and it sets the stage of "Do I agree or disagree with these people?." I did like that once all the housekeeping was done, you got right to the point and answered the questions I was thinking.

What I Thought Could Use Some Polishing

Isa needs some mic technique training. Get a pop filter or windscreen. Three advertisements (4 if you count patreon) had me right on the edge of pressing next. In the end I wanted to hear more.

The Goal Of This Show

This show aims to help you make the best episodes and grow your downloads.
