Group A action wraps up Monday at the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) football tournament, with the teams from Cape Verde and Burkina Faso hoping to join host Cameroon in the Round of 16. Cape Verde is playing five-time African champion Cameroon, while Burkina Faso is facing Ethiopia.
