Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer, and cook until tender</li> <li>Chop onion</li> <li>Melt butter in sauté pan, add onions and garlic; cook until translucent</li> <li>Add frozen veggies and cook until tender</li> <li>Add ground beef until no longer pink; drain excess fat</li> <li>Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and other seasonings to taste</li> <li>Cook uncovered for around 10 min, adding broth to keep from drying out</li> <li>Drain potatoes; add butter and mash</li> <li>Add seasonings to taste</li> <li>Spread cooked meat / veggie filling on the bottom of a casserole dish</li> <li>Spread mashed potatoes over the top</li> <li>Bake at 400° for 30-45 min, until browned and bubbling</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>This episode is brought to you by Made In Cookware.
