Solar Panel Cost Reduction Plan Not Ambitious Enough For Clare Farmers

The Clare-based General Secretary of the ICSA believes new measures aimed at reducing the cost of solar panels isn't ambitious enough for a large portion of farmers in Clare to buy into it. Changes will be introduced in the Spring Finance Bill, but Cratloe farmer Eddie Punch says while we should have huge ambition for the sector, more work is needed.
