<p>Wisconsin born, and now living in Los Angeles, Skylar is an emcee at Country Jam for the third year. Yes, she does introduce the performers, but if you’ve ever been to the festival before you know a good emcee does much more.  They set the energy level.</p> <p>Skylar talks about her duties, shares stories and more.
