Skate and Thrive

In this episode we hang with Pro Skateboarder, Eddie Belvedere. As a legend of the UK skate scene for nearly two decades, Eddie still 'sends it' on a daily basis and in our opinion just gets better. We discuss mindfulness on a skateboard, his vegan diet, why he doesn't drink alcohol or take drugs as well as how he's become a role model to young skaters. Eddie is an absolute legend on and off a skateboard with such an amazing outlook on life. We're stoked to call him a friend and that he took the time to share his story with us.
