Silent Rage (1982) - Chuck Norris in a horror movie! Sadly, this is not as exciting as one would hope.

<p>Some incredibly stupid scientists decide to give super-human strength and invulnerability to a homicidal lunatic, just because they can, and then act all shocked when he ends up going all 'homicidal' on them. So now Sheriff Chuck Norris has to punch and kick the indestructible killer until he can figure out a way to stop him.
