Silencing Victoria's rape survivors

Thousands of Victorian survivors of sexual assault would be forced to ask a court for permission if they wanted to tell their own stories in full at the moment. The question is, why? Six months ago, a law designed to help survivors accidentally banned them from using their own names, in cases where their attacker was found guilty.
