Let's invite positive energy within ourselves instead of perpetuating toxic self loathing and being self critical. Let's inspire ourselves to do our inner work and remind ourselves that we are work in progress, that if we stumble and fall let's say some encouraging words to lift us up and change our inner dialogue and be mindful about it.
