Should You Keep Your 'Day 1s?'

<p>Your circle will either make you or break you. Many of us are walking around bearing the weight of relationships that are draining us just because it&#39;s our family, or &#34;day ones,&#34; or even your significant other. But just because you created relationships with these people (or in your family&#39;s case.. you were born into it) doesn&#39;t mean that all of these relationships are meant to be kept.</p><p><br></p><p>The best version of yourself is going to require you to be more intentional about the relationships you create and maintain. And sometimes the reason there&#39;s a gap between where you are and where you want to be is because some of the relationships you&#39;re clinging to are not meant to go with you.
