Should frontline workers get a bonus?

Unions say it is long overdue for healthcare staff to get a bonus for their work during the pandemic. Several organisations have called for all HSE staff to get either bonus pay or bonus leave. Eamonn Donnelly of Fórsa trade union joined Alison for the discussion.
