Shooting Stars forward, Akpan worried with goal drought

<p>Shooting Stars attacking winger, Akpan Joshua, has expressed worries on his lack of goals for the club this season.</p>, <p>Akpan is known for being a prolific goal scorer since his move to the club from Abia Comets in 2022.</p>, <p>He, however, assured he will continue working harder in games to get his target for the team.</p>, <p>“Although I’m a bit worried about not scoring yet, but I will keep on trying my best until it comes,” he told the club’s media.</p>, <p>“Who knows, it might come in our next game against Lobi Stars, nothing is impossible in football.</p>, <p>“Yes, as an individual, when you score, you are happy, but your joy is full when the team gets the result.”</p>, <p>Shooting Stars will take on Lobi Stars next in the league at the Lafia City Stadium.</p>
