She Speaks "go my Daughter" August 21,2022

A four-week worship series called “She Speaks: Four Powerful Quotes from Four Powerful Women” will continue on Sunday, August 21, as we consider the words of fairly well-known women in our holy text who appear as central characters on Sunday morning less often than the men in their stories. The command, “Go, my daughter,” comes from a widow named Naomi and can be found in Ruth 2:1-7. Worship will take place at Morning Star Church on Sunday at 8, 9:30 and 11 AM in the sanctuary and at 9:30 online at www.mstarlc.church. All are welcome!
