A Shannon hackney driver says he and others in his profession now have a 'reduced standard of living' due to ongoing rising fuel costs. Sean McLoughlin, who's a hackney driver based in Shannon, has told Clare FM he's tried to keep prices as low as possible on account of international tourists returning to Clare this summer.
