Shanghai returning to normalcy

Shanghai is back to normal after two months of battling against its worst COVID-19 outbreak. Buses, railways and ferries resumed service. Meanwhile, commercial outlets, from large shopping malls to small convenience stores, are resuming onsite services with a maximum 70 percent capacity.
