Shane Therrien Shares His Journey Overcoming A Spinal Cord Tumor

<p>Shane Therrien dreamed of playing college basketball. Shane spent his freshman year building his skills and attending the University of Arizona Wildcats basketball camp. At the same time, Shane was invited to a high school church retreat and had a life-changing experience that would forever change the course of his life.</p> <p>Shane was a late bloomer and at age 21 he was finally given the opportunity to try out for an Arizona college. While he didn't get a callback, he was alerted to something that felt a little off. Eventually, Shane was not able to get out of bed.
