Earlier this year, while touring in India, he came in for a chat along with <a href= "https://www.instagram.com/yanchanmusic/">Yanchan</a> who accompanies on mridangam. Shan talks about his family’s immigrant story from Jaffna, Sri Lanka to Brampton, Ontario, his daughter’s beatboxing skills, being a Tamil in Canada, and the brown artist renaissance.
