setting boundaries to protect your peace

<p><strong>S</strong>etting boundaries is a form of self-care. There will be people who will try to take advantage of you but you have to remember you have the power of communication. You have the power to say no, to say you are hurting, and the power to let go. Set these boundaries to protect your peace and surround yourself with people who are filled with golden positive energy.
