Sa'ad ibn Abi Waqqas (ra), The Knight of Islam Session 54 Saad (ra) now 49 years of age is dismissed from his public post. The complainants Banu Abs plan to give advantage to the Persians but Umar (ra) sees the plot. Saad (ra) invokes against a liar, who then lives on for another 50 years; himself saying, I'm caught in the curse of Saad (ra).
