Kagan (D-17) returned to elected office in 2015, where her energy, dedication, and experience in all sectors– public, private, and nonprofit– have made her an effective advocate for the residents of <a href="http://gaithersburgmd.gov/">Gaithersburg</a> and <a href="http://www.rockvillemd.gov/">Rockville</a>.
