Self Sabotage

<p>We all have and will continue to have encounters with the self sabotager. It is a fact of life, because as we grow and push out against our comfort zone, the survival mechanism wants to shrink back to where things are certain and comfortable. The point of this episode is to make you aware of when the self sabotager is present, so that you can identify him/her and take action in spite of it.</p>
