<p>We sometimes think self-improvement is a tick box exercise. I.e - Once I exercise, I'll feel better about myself. </p> <p>However, this can be quite misleading in the long term for our happiness. </p> <p>Today, I look at the difference between treating self-improvement as a form of escapism vs. treating it as a form of our own identity.
