Self Care Sabotage

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Self care is a term that has become popularized over the past years, and thrown around more than we care to count. The question remains though how much care do we actually need to acknowledge. </span> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In our lives there are things that we agree are necessary among all human beings but rarely ever congratulated. Taking responsibility for ourselves and showing up in the best way possible is one of those things. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Think about the ways in which you take care of yourself before others and if that needs its own category or should just exist naturally in our own lives. Putting ourselves first for the good of those around us shouldn’t be an oddity in today’s society. </span></p> <p><br /> <br /></p>
