Seasonal Affective Disorder

<p>This week on the <a href= "http://www.brofessionaldevelopment.com" target="_blank" rel= "noopener">Brofessional Development Podcast</a> the guys talk about Seasonal Affective Disorder.</p> <p>During the winter months it is shown that 5% of Americans are diagnosed with SAD, and another 15-20% experience mild winter blues.</p> <p>It becomes clear in business and entrepreneurship that SAD is in play with almost everyone despite not having a clinical diagnoses.  We discuss our experiences with it, ways to control it, and some resources to help you understand it a bit more!</p>
