Heather shares her amazing story as a young women struggling with her mental and physical health, all while finding her way in life and supporting her family. Heather shares very intimate stories from her child hood through adult hood, the battles she fought along the way, and most importantly, that tools she picked up that would help her fight back. Heather’s story is amazing, and is a perfect example of why each of us should take the time to not only focus on our own mental and physical health, but make sure our fellow wingman are taken care of as well.
